Aftermarket 3 point seat belt and the price is for each (1 belt/retracter & 1 receptacle).  With this seat belt package you will not use any of your original equipment because the new belt clasp is a different shape/size than original equipment.  This will accommodate one front seat. Only Convertibles can use this in the back seat with little effort. If you wish to use the existing receptacle, someone will have to sew the old male clasp onto the new belt or re-upholster the center hump between the back seats. It's all about size!
