Everyone knows that the Interceptor has a crank down spare tire carrier. This is item 6 on page P25 of the Mk3 parts manual although fitted to all the cars.   This piece is the screw portion and its housing.  It does not come with the cup that attaches to the bottom of the car. Why? Someone ran out of stock and is not remaking it that's why.
