This lovely black with silver J was fitted to upper rear quarter panel just above the Jensen script motif on the RHD cars and sometimes you find them fixed to the boot lid or rear deck of some cars.  This badge is thicker than the white w/ black one so some owners have opted to use it instead. Sometimes it depends how detailed you are and which badge fits with your restoration's color scheme.
