These washers go on either side of your upper wishbone or control arm bushes. With out these in place you are doing serious damage to your front suspension. The originals were made of Prescollan and typically disintegrated and fell out at about 20,000 miles or years of the car being stored.  K&D has these manufactured out of a hard plastic called Delrin. Once you install these, you'll never have to replace 'em again!   To do both upper sides, you'll need 8 each. Don't forget the lowers!
