These are the small ones that live in the upper portion of the front suspension. Not to be confused with the BIG lower ones. Doing the front suspension? Usualy these guys are toast, just plain squished to death.  These are aftermarket bump stops since the originals are pretty much forever gone.  And if you don't have a proper workshop manual, you're gonna be in  trouble, BIG trouble!
