This is the ID plate that 'was' or 'used to be' affixed to your Jensen valve covers with the flattened square spot.  Engine number, engine year and date.  We stamp the plate for you.  Please provide us with these details when ordering under the comments section. If ordering multiple plates, please supply the multiple information and we will sort it out, 'cuz that's what we do.
