This gasket fits the OEM triangular style thermoswitch for the non-screw-in type and our thermoswitch kit.  Typically the Mk3s had this triangular- three screw radiator mounted switch. The screws or threaded rods are attached to your radiator. This goes onto the threads studs.  Pretty screwy if you ask me!
