Untrimmed doesn't mean just a big lump of foam rubber, it means it is not upholstered!  This product is well worth the money!  NOTE -  The picture is of the cushion used in the MKIII.  The MKI is different (I just don't have a pic).  If you order this - the MKI one is the one you will get !
