This is a high performance, high volume, not HP as in high pressure oil pump.  It does not come with the remote oil filter adapter plate. You must remove the portion where you would screw on the oil filter and put your remote plate in that spot instead, attach your oil filter hoses and then fit them to your remote filter. Simple eh?  Imagine the Italians fitting their first 383 to an Interceptor... "no we can't notch the front cross-member you bonehead"!
