We've tested the 16 pound STANT caps (shown in the picture) and found that they test out to about 9 to 11 lbs.  Now the 18 lb caps test out 9 to maybe 14 even with a Stant tester?????.  We now stock a better brand of 18 lb. caps. The 18 lb. cap has no red flipper.
